It is very easy to setup, just move files to your host. Create a database for guestbook (you can use an existing one if you want) and change some variables in a php file (host name, password etc… and after that run builddb.php and it will create all tables automaticly your host will be ready.
Also if you want you can open admin confirmation. If you enable that every message will be displayed after you approve them.
There are two admin files. One shows unapproved messages, you can either delete and confirm a message. And other one shows all messages, you can delete messages from there if you want.
